Health Care Office Position Hiring in Omaha
Platinum Chiropractic Wellness is looking for a positive, energetic, and hard-working Chiropractic Assistant to join our team who is self-motivated, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
Hiring Requirements:
- Be able to communicate with patients and be a friendly face as they come in and leave.
- Comprehensive knowledge of English (punctuation, grammar, and proper letter structure).
- Have a desire to want to learn and be coached on responsibilities.
- Fit into fast-paced environments and be able to multitask.
- Be able to provide the highest level of care and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Provide administrative support for physicians.
- Answering phone calls with great phone etiquette.
- Greeting patients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Insurance verification.
- Set up and remove patients on electrical stimulation units.
Pay/Compensation:
- Starts at $14 with room to grow with performance and duration of time.
Hours & Schedule:
- Part-time.
- 1-hour lunch break.
- Flexible schedule.
- Monday to Friday.
